The FI60 Flange Facer is a heavy-duty, internally mounted flange facing machine developed for accurate on-site restoration of large-diameter flange sealing surfaces. Covering a machining range from 12.6 to 59 inches (320-1500 mm) and an internal clamping range of 11.4 to 57 inches (290-1450 mm), it provides exceptional flexibility for demanding industrial maintenance tasks.

Designed to recondition flat face (FF), raised face (RF), RTJ, V-grooves, weld overlay surfaces, and other custom flange profiles, the FI60 ensures precise surface geometry and finishes in compliance with ASME B16.5 requirements. With optional pneumatic or electric servo drive systems, it delivers stable cutting performance and controlled feed for use across oil and gas facilities, power plants, petrochemical sites, and offshore platforms.
