The FI80 is an ultra-rugged, bore-mounted flange facing mill engineered specifically for high-precision, large-diameter field restoration. Covering an extensive machining envelope from 26.34" to 80" (670–2032 mm), this heavy-duty system brings machine-shop capabilities directly to oversized pipeline manifolds, reactor vessels, and heavy industrial plant infrastructure.
Built to overcome the extreme rotational forces associated with large-diameter cutting, the FI80 restores damaged, corroded, or warped sealing surfaces back to stringent ASME B16.5 standards. By securing firmly inside the inner diameter of the component, it eliminates long-distance transport costs and complex asset teardowns.
