The FI26 is a robust, bore-mounted flange facing machine engineered to deliver workshop-grade accuracy for on-site mid-to-large diameter machining. Specially designed for confined spaces and critical plant turnarounds, it covers an extensive machining envelope from 120 to 700 mm (4.72"-27.56").
This high-performance field tool is built to re-machine warped, eroded, or leaking sealing faces back to stringent ASME B16.5 standards. By locking securely inside the pipe bore, the FI26 provides a rigid, vibration-free cutting platform that eliminates the need for costly asset dismantling, allowing teams to service flanges in horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.
