Electrical Safety Protection
Clearly requires that the input voltage must match the supply voltage of the gate opener to prevent equipment failure or safety accidents caused by voltage mismatch.
Mandatorily stipulates that the power cable must be connected to a weatherproof power outlet with Residual Current Device (RCD) protection, which is installed by a qualified electrician. Installation in explosive atmospheres or areas with flood risks is prohibited to avoid safety accidents caused by extreme environments; moreover, the equipment is only suitable for use with a single sliding gate to eliminate safety hazards in non-compliant scenarios.
Control devices must be installed away from the moving range of the gate, and users are prohibited from operating the controls by reaching over, under, around, or through the gate; remote controls and other control devices must be kept out of children’s reach.
