The MEFU MF1630-B4 is a multi film thickness compatible flatbed applicator engineered for sign shops and laminating service providers that work with a wide range of lamination films. The machine accommodates film gauges from 25 to 250 micron, covering everything from light BOPP and PET overlaminates to heavy self-adhesive vinyl. This broad compatibility allows one workstation to handle cold lamination, protective film application and graphic mounting without hardware changes.

Thin films tear or stretch if pressed too hard, while thick films require firm, even force to bond fully without silvering or tunneling. The MF1630-B4 addresses this with a finely adjustable pneumatic pressure system and a smooth 130mm silicone roller that maintains uniform contact across the full working width, delivering bubble-free results on every film grade.
The machine supports the most common laminating films in commercial use, including BOPP, PET, PVC and self-adhesive vinyl.
