The working principle of the dry bulk trailer: The power of the dry bulk tanker engine is transmitted to the air compressor through an additional transmission device composed of a gearbox power take-off and an additional transmission shaft. The compressed air generated by the air compressor enters the tank and passes the powder material through the fluidization device Fluidization, with the help of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank, the powder material is transported along with the air to the designated location outside the tank along the discharge line.

The dry bulk trailer discharge pipeline is mainly composed of a suction port, a butterfly valve, a discharge steel pipe, a discharge pipe joint, and a discharge hose.
Dry bulk tanker Discharge hose: Abrasion-resistant steel discharge hose is used, with a diameter of 100mm.
Butterfly valve: It is sealed by a rubber sealing ring, and the rubber ring can be replaced after being worn out, without replacing the entire butterfly valve, which can reduce the use cost.
An anti-seismic pressure gauge is installed on the tank body to monitor the pressure change in the tank and to guide the discharge.
