Product Description:

The EHS-2 Automatic Steel Hardness Sorting Machine adopts a large-screen liquid crystal display (LCD) and large-size digital display tubes for display. The display interfaces include three types: histogram, cursor graph, and numerical display. Users can select different display interfaces according to their operation habits, making the quality status of the tested workpieces clear at a glance on the display screen, and making the operation of the instrument more intuitive, simple, and convenient.
The EHS-2 Automatic Steel Hardness Sorting Machine is suitable for hardness sorting of ferromagnetic steel materials, such as: wire rods, plates, pipes, strip steel, steel billets, various automotive parts, standard parts, bearing components, various forgings, cast steel parts, etc.


Features:

  1. Non-destructive testing of the workpiece under test, with no special requirements for the surface condition or shape of the workpiece.
  2. Capable of meeting the requirement for 100% hardness testing of large batches of workpieces to ensure product quality is foolproof.
  3. Qualified parts, unqualified parts (hardware), and unqualified parts (software) can be automatically separated.
  4. The sorting speed is stepless and continuously adjustable.
  5. The sorting instrument is simple, intuitive, and convenient to operate. It can be used both online and offline independently.
  6. The sorting instrument has a wide frequency selection range, with 99 detection frequencies continuously adjustable, meeting the hardness testing requirements of workpieces made of different materials.
  7. The sorting instrument adopts a dual display mode of liquid crystal display (LCD) and digital tube, with three display interfaces: histogram, cursor graph, and numerical display. When the workpiece under test passes through the detection probe, the hardness level of the workpiece can be intuitively observed based on the position of the histogram or cursor.
  8. Setting the upper and lower limits of the qualified hardness range is convenient and quick.
  9. Equipped with light alarm functions for qualified and unqualified products.
  10. When the workpiece is in a stationary state, the instrument can display the hardness value or magnetic flux of the workpiece under test.
  11. The equipment can separately count the total number of workpieces tested, the number of qualified workpieces, the number of hardware unqualified parts, and the number of software unqualified parts.
  12. The equipment can display the detection time and date.
  13. The sorting mechanism uses pneumatic transmission for reliable sorting.
  14. The detection instrument can be used with both AC and DC power, and can operate independently for approximately 8 hours in the event of a power outage.
  15. The equipment features a compact structure, beautiful appearance, and reliable operation.
 

Sorting Principle:

Since different hardness values of magnetically permeable materials have varying effects on the magnetic field, there is a certain logical correspondence between the hardness values of workpieces with the same specification, heat treatment process, and material and their magnetic flux at a specific detection frequency. When the workpiece being tested passes through a probe with a uniformly distributed magnetic field, a changing magnetic flux is generated within the probe. This varying magnetic field induces a corresponding excitation current in the probe's coil, which is then transmitted to the instrument via wires. After analysis and comparison by the instrument's central circuit, the quality status of the workpiece is intuitive displayed on the screen. Simultaneously, signals indicating whether the workpiece's hardness is qualified,exceeds the upper limit, or falls below the lower limit of the hardness range are sent to the automatic sorting mechanism, enabling automatic sorting of the workpiece's hardness.
