SUMMARY OF MACHINE
Fully Automatic Corrugated Box Making Machine a kind of Flexo Printer Slotter Die cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluer Machine, which used for making corrugated carton boxes from cardboard, with high efficiency, Stable Running, Reliable and Durable.
 TP-CR Series Flexo Printer Slotter Die Cutter is the 2nd step for making Corrugated Cartons, it mainly used for Feeding, Printing, Slotting or Die cutting, Stacking the cardboard, after this machine, then used a automatic Gluing or Stitching machine, then we can get a finished cartons.
 This machine equipped with Lead Edge Feeder, Vacuum Transfer, Six Shaft Rotation Slotter, or Eight Shaft rotation Slotter (Dual Slotter Optional), Die Cutter, and Stacker. For High Graphic Printing, there is a Chambered Doctor Blade System and Ceramic Rollers as Optional.
 
The Main Function & Processes

THE MAIN FEATURES:

1. lead edge feeding system. (lead edge vacuum roller feeding system.)
2. top / bottom printing system.
3. single or dual slot system
4. high quality material with suitable fittings is used for the machine.
5. the drive gears adopt alloy steel, and then heated to ensure hardness, with grinded surface.
6. all the lower feeding roller used a bigger diameter to increase touch area of paper, to ensure fluent processing and accurate printing.
7. there are oilless bearings between frame and eccentric gear seat to reduce wear-out of frame and increase machine using life.
8. we adopt no-key connection (means swelling connection) to reduce printing inaccuracy.
9. according to international security standard, all the parts are with safety angles and all the motors with protective cover.
10. all the rollers adopt superior material with hardness and thickness chrome and two times grinding, and passed balance testing.
11. automatic return to zero position.
12. the machine is designed according to high requirement, reliability, safety and beautiful feature, automatic change / save order and easy to operation.
13. all the rollers are plated with chromium to enhance hardness.
14. adopt PLC with touch screen for multifunction control, automatic reset system after cleaning the printing plate.
