Feeding unit

 

The "light pressure" paper feeding part (patented product) can reduce the friction force between the paperboard and the table top by 60%, which protects the original strength of the cardboard, avoids pressing and sloughing, and combines with the pneumatic elastic paper feeding mechanism, which is favorable for the smooth input of the paperboard.
 

Die-cutting unit

 

In addition to having the main function of the standard configuration die cutting, there are four sets of steel knife mold, which are used for common industrial box slotting, corner cutting and side slitting use. Manual four knife synchronous adjustment (box height synchronous adjustment),manual traverse.
 

Stacker unit

 

Strong chain drive.
The stack height of 1600 mm.
The bed platform lift motor is attached to the brake function. The bed can keep the fixed position and will not slide.
Add the weight iron device to make the bed lift in the control, to ensure the safety of the workers.
