Three Critical Failure Points
The Heat (90°C)
Most flexible packaging fails at extreme temperatures. Standard PE seals lose strength and can fail completely at 90°C fill temperatures.
The Cold (4°C Storage)
After hot-filling, refrigeration causes standard PE to become stiff and brittle, leading to seal cracking and leaks.
