The KW30 is designed for commercial carpet washing, brushing and wastewater extraction. It sprays cleaning solution, agitates carpet fibers with a powered roller brush and recovers dirty water through the suction system.
The KW30 uses a 1,200 W suction motor and a 200 W brush-roll motor. The suction system provides 26 kPa of vacuum pressure, while the roller-brush motor loosens dirt embedded in carpet fibers.
The KW30 has a 380 mm brush-roll width and a 430 mm water-recovery width. The wider recovery head helps collect moisture and dirty water remaining behind the brush.
The KW30 has a 30 L fresh-water tank and a 30 L wastewater tank. Actual refill and emptying frequency depends on the spray setting, carpet condition and cleaning speed.
The KW30 recovers a substantial amount of moisture, but it does not leave carpets instantly or completely dry. Final drying time depends on carpet thickness, room ventilation, humidity, cleaning-solution volume, operating speed and the number of extraction passes.
The KW30 is equipped with a 12 m power cord. The long cable provides an extended working range and reduces the frequency of changing electrical outlets.
Buyers should confirm the operating voltage, frequency, plug standard, carpet brush, detergent requirements and spare-parts package. Only compatible low-foam carpet detergent should be used, and buyers should consider ordering replacement brushes, filters, seals and suction-system components.
