The 6G radar level gauge is designed for liquid, paste, granule, and block material level measurement using non-contact technology. It is particularly suitable for applications with significant temperature and pressure variations, as well as environments containing inert gases and volatile substances. Utilizing microwave pulse measurement technology, this instrument operates effectively within the industrial frequency band range. The beam energy is low, allowing safe installation on various metal and non-metal containers or pipes without harm to human health or the environment.
This product employs intelligent self-tuning echo tracking technology for non-contact measurement. It features micro-fit waveguide technology design and ultra-wideband echo trace capture/emission energy regulation and control technology to ensure measurement stability and pulse conditioning. The antenna design utilizes a total gain of 23dB with a half-power beamwidth of approximately 8.5°.
