KLD802 OEM 80G High Accuracy 1mm Radar Level Transmitter For Water Tank

The KLD802 80G radar level gauge employs frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology. The antenna transmits high-frequency FM radar signals with linearly increasing frequency. These signals are reflected by the measured medium and received by the same antenna. The frequency difference between transmitted and received signals is proportional to the measured distance. Through fast Fourier transform (FFT) processing of the frequency difference signal, the echo spectrum is obtained, enabling precise distance calculation to the target.

Working Principle

The radar antenna transmits narrow microwave pulses that reflect off the measured medium surface and return to the antenna system. These signals are processed by electronic circuits and converted into level signals. Due to the extremely fast transmission speed of microwaves, the time required for transmission and reflection is negligible.

(4~20) mA (4 wire/6 wire): Separate power supply required. Use four-core shielded cable for power and current signal (six-core required for simultaneous RS485 interface output).

Beam Angle
