The DN4~DN100 air pulse output steam integrated vortex liquid flow meter operates based on the Karman vortex principle and is primarily used for measuring the flow of fluids in industrial pipes, including gas, liquid, steam, and other media. It boasts several features, such as minimal pressure loss, a wide measuring range, and high accuracy. The measurement of actual volume flow is scarcely influenced by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, or other parameters.
With no moving mechanical parts, the flow meter offers high reliability and requires low maintenance. Its instrument parameters remain stable over the long term. Equipped with piezoelectric stress sensors, this vortex flow meter is highly reliable and can function within a temperature range of -20°C to +250°C. It provides standard analog and digital pulse signal outputs, facilitating easy integration with computers and other digital systems. This makes it a more advanced and ideal measuring instrument.
