The negative high - voltage power supply is dedicated to the photomultiplier tube, the signal amplifier is used to amplify and filter the signal after photoelectric conversion, the signal processing system processes the measured signal and transmits it to the system computer for analysis, and the VFD display is used to show various measurement parameters and signal values. The IFFS - A multi - functional chemical spectrophotometric detector equipped with this instrument, together with the main unit, constitutes an ultra - weak chemiluminescence/bioluminescence instrument.
