The KAW110 Digital Differential Air Pressure Sensor, featuring an aluminum housing and stress isolation technology, has an integrated and compact structure design. Equipped with intelligent compensation technology, it is highly suitable for measuring wind pressure, wind speed, and flow.
In the industrial field, it plays a crucial role in various applications. For example, in power plants, it accurately measures the primary and secondary air pressure of boilers. In mines, it monitors the ventilation system. In the construction field, it is used for indoor ventilation monitoring, measuring the pressure of fans and air ducts. It also contributes to the wind pressure testing in subways and environmental projects.
This sensor is applicable to media such as gas and steam, and can measure gauge pressure and differential pressure. The pressure range includes options like -0.25-0.25kPa, -0.5-0.5kPa, -1-1kPa, -2-2kPa, -7-7kPa, and -100-100kPa. With an accuracy of ±0.1%FS and a stability of 0.8%F.S. per year, it ensures reliable measurement results. It can withstand a maximum overload of 250% of the sensor range. The output signals are diverse, including 2-Wire 4-20mA, 0-10V, RS485, and 2xPNP.
