Introduction

The KTG113-W trace oxygen analyzer is a new type of intelligent industrial on-line analyzer developed by combining the electrochemical detection principle, imported high-performance electrochemical sensors, and new microcomputer technology.

Application Areas

On-line analysis of oxygen content in nitrogen production from air separation, chemical processes, protective gases in high-temperature sintering furnaces for magnetic materials, protective gases in the electronics industry, as well as in the metallurgy, glass, and building materials industries.

 

Instrument Features

  • It uses imported fuel cell sensors, which feature long service life, high accuracy, and fast response.
  • With electronic flow control, there is no blockage problem.
  • It can be used to measure trace oxygen in reducing gases such as high-purity hydrogen.
  • It comes with a precision filter, which greatly extends the service life of the sensor.
  • It has a fully Chinese man-machine dialogue menu, making operations intuitive and convenient.
  • It has a large 320×240 dot-matrix LCD screen, which can simultaneously display parameters such as oxygen content, flow rate, date, time, and the internal temperature of the instrument.
  • It has automatic temperature compensation to eliminate the influence of ambient temperature.
  • It has a timed automatic storage function, allowing users to view stored data and curves at any time.
  • The upper and lower limit control points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range.
  • It is equipped with a standard RS232 or RS485 communication port, enabling two-way communication with a computer.
