Introduction

The KTG112-W trace oxygen analyzer is a new type of intelligent industrial portable analyzer developed by combining the electrochemical detection principle, imported high-performance electrochemical sensors, and new microcomputer technology.

Application Areas

Portable and rapid analysis of trace oxygen in nitrogen production from air separation, chemical processes, protective gases in high-temperature sintering furnaces for magnetic materials, protective gases in the electronics industry, as well as in the glass and building materials industries and various mixed gases.

Instrument Features

Selects imported fuel cell sensors, featuring long service life, high accuracy, and fast response, and is not interfered with by other gas components.
Has automatic temperature compensation to eliminate the influence of ambient temperature.
Optional components such as precision filters and air pumps can be added.
Uses a 128×64 dot-matrix OLED liquid crystal display, which can simultaneously show parameters such as oxygen content, date, time, and the internal temperature of the instrument.
Has a timed automatic storage function, allowing users to view stored data at any time.
Alarm points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range.
Can be powered by both AC and DC, offering flexible use. The battery can work continuously for about 10 hours after a full charge, and it will automatically alarm when the battery is under - voltage.
