Product Introduction

The KGD - YQ - 506 system is based on advanced domestic sensor technology combined with the desulfurization tower process. By adding carbon monitoring and temperature - pressure - flow modules, it can monitor parameters such as SO₂, CO₂, CH₄, N₂O, and flow rate in ship exhaust in real - time. It can directly conduct the detection of sulfur content in the exhaust gas of the desulfurization tower and the work related to greenhouse gases, providing high - quality data support for the EU MRV monitoring report and the subsequent carbon trading market.

Product Features

  • The sensor technology is fully self - developed. With years of in - depth industry experience, the system has stable performance.
  • The sampling flow path is heated at high temperature throughout the process, and anti - corrosion materials and treatment processes are adopted to adapt to the highly humid and corrosive environment during shipping.
  • The analysis mainframe uses an electrically - tuned analysis module with excellent shock - resistance. The design without mechanical moving parts ensures good shock - resistance.
  • Extractive measurement is adopted, which is not affected by dust, temperature, and pressure fluctuations in the flue.
  • An automatic correction algorithm is built - in to eliminate the interference of other gas components.
