Product Introduction

The KGD - MQ - 526 Online Gas Analysis System is designed for working conditions with low dust in the sample gas. It consists of three parts: the pretreatment unit, the control unit, and the gas analysis unit. Using the non - dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights, it can continuously and simultaneously measure the calorific values of gas and biogas in real - time, as well as calculate the volume concentrations and calorific values of multi - component gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, and CnHm. This helps improve gas utilization efficiency, save energy, reduce consumption, and ensure safe production in industrial sites.

Product Features

 

  • Pretreatment Unit: Long service life and stable performance. It uses a stainless - steel, electrically - heated temperature - controlled dry sampling probe, which has a long service life and high precision. The latest back - purging technology is used to solve the probe clogging problem, ensuring the reliability of the analysis system. A single - stage refrigerator is configured to remove moisture from the sample gas, and two - stage filtration is implemented to ensure the long - term online operation of the instrument.
  • Control Unit: Fully automated detection with simple operation. It is controlled by a PLC program, which automatically completes operations such as sampling, back - blowing, and drainage.
  • Gas Analysis Unit: Simultaneously measures gas volume concentration and calorific value.
  • Low Maintenance and Operation Costs: Monitors the system operation status in real - time without the need for manual attendance, greatly reducing enterprise costs.
  • Intelligent Data Management: Data can be transmitted to the superior centralized control system through multiple interfaces, providing real - time basis for remote monitoring and on - site process adjustment.
