Product Introduction

Based on the ultrasonic principle, this product effectively addresses measurement challenges such as unstable flow fields, low flow velocities, and uneven velocity distribution commonly found in pipelines through non-contact measurement. It can maintain continuous, real-time, and stable monitoring in harsh environments with high temperature, high humidity, high dust content, and sticky impurities during flue gas emissions, meeting the measurement needs of municipal and industrial applications. It has strong versatility and can operate independently or be integrated into a CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System). The product uses one or multiple pairs of ultrasonic transceiver devices installed to measure in the downstream and upstream directions of the medium. By utilizing the propagation time difference of ultrasonic waves, it calculates the line-average velocity of radial airflow in the flue, offering higher accuracy compared to other measurement methods.

  • Wide Measurement Diameter Range: Supports installation in pipelines with a diameter of 0.3 meters or larger.
  • Multi-Parameter Measurement: Simultaneously measures gas temperature, pressure, and flow velocity.
  • Low-Flow Velocity Capability: Measurement lower limit as low as 0.1 m/s.
  • Suitable for Acidic and Humid Gas Flow Measurement: Unaffected by changes in gas composition.
  • High-Speed Data Processor: Features fast operation, as well as calibration, configuration, query, and diagnostic functions, with rich external interfaces.
