Engineered for precision measurement of low-concentration SO₂, H₂S, and CO components in KGD-SF-501 gas decomposition products.
The system comprises three core components: light source, gas cell, and detector. The UV measurement section features an imported xenon lamp light source and high-resolution spectrometer, applying the UV-DOAS algorithm with a long-path folded-back gas cell for accurate H₂S and SO₂ measurement without background gas interference.
