Product Introduction

The KGD - ACDS - 305 automotive carbon dioxide sensor is a Non - Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) carbon dioxide sensor. It adopts the method of dual - channel diffusion sampling to achieve automatic control of the in - cabin fresh air system for automotive HVAC applications, providing fresh air in the cabin at any time to enhance in - cabin comfort. Meanwhile, it can effectively monitor the refrigerant leakage of CO₂ heat pump air - conditioners and transmit the measurement signals to the automotive main control system via LIN communication. This solution features accurate measurement, fast response time, low cross - interference, low power consumption, and long service life.

Product Features

The measurement of CO₂ adopts the Non - Dispersive Infrared Spectral Absorption Technology (NDIR). The accuracy can reach ±(50ppm + 5% of the reading) within the measurement range of 0 - 10000ppm; fast response time with T90 ≤ 25s, no gas cross - interference, ultra - low power consumption mode reaching μA level, and a service life of up to 15 years.
Wide - range design: capable of measuring concentrations up to 40000ppm.
The sensor adopts a vehicle - grade mature circuit design, adaptable to harsh in - vehicle environments.
LIN communication, and the protection level meets the requirements of IP54.
