A: Our powder undergoes an industrial thermal drying process before packaging. We guarantee a moisture content of 0.5% (and can achieve 0.2% upon request). Every batch is tested prior to bag sealing to ensure optimal dry powder conditions.
A: We use heavy-duty Jumbo Bags (Q-Bags/Baffle Bags) with thick PE inner liners. The liner is heat-sealed after filling, creating a moisture-proof barrier that prevents humidity penetration and ensures the powder remains free-flowing upon arrival at your plant.
A: The bulk density of our dry ground fluorspar powder is approximately 1.5-1.8 t/m3. Depending on destination port road weight limits, we typically load 25 to 27 Metric Tons per 20'GP container (20–22 jumbo bags with strapping and container desiccants).
A: Absolutely. We fully support third-party sampling and testing (for CaF2, SiO2, moisture, and mesh size) at Tianjin Port prior to loading. Inspection certificates can be incorporated as a requirement for L/C or final payment release.
