The FM200 Direct Type Fire Detection Tube is filled with 3 kg of FM200 agent. It is a colorless, tasteless, non-corrosive, and electrically insulating gas that leaves no residue or pollution after extinguishing. Its Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) is zero, making it an environmentally friendly extinguishing agent. Because of these properties, it is well suited for special locations where electrical fires are likely to occur.
On top of the container valve, there is a small round indicator resembling a red button. When the fire agent is discharged to extinguish a fire, the small round alarm bell will ring to inform people that a fire has occurred. The system detects fire precisely and quickly thanks to the soft detecting tube. Because of its flexibility, the detecting tube can be placed in any dead spot. When installing the tube, users should identify where fires are most likely to start; the detecting tubes should be placed above or near those areas.
The direct FM200 fire detection system is suitable for small spaces and machinery outer cabinets, such as those found in power plants, communications facilities, broadcasting stations, petrochemical plants, and railway systems.
