The 42kg CO2 Fire Extinguisher for Fire Detected Tube Extinguisher is an advanced fire suppression device that detects fire situations through a pressurized fire trace tube connected to an extinguishing agent storage cylinder. Both HFC-227ea (FM200) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2) can be used as extinguishing agents for this device.

The system is typically designed with two discharge modes: direct release and indirect release. In direct release, the fire trace tube itself activates the device and sprays the extinguishing agent directly through the tube. In indirect release, the fire trace tube detects the fire, and the extinguishing agent is discharged quickly through a pre-installed pipe and nozzle.

The fire trace extinguishing device effectively covers the shortcomings of fixed suppression systems, as it can be used in small spaces or areas with special environments where installing pipelines, nozzles, or fire alarm systems is not feasible.

This extinguishing device requires no electrical elements or pipe fittings to form a complete system. It can function as a standalone fire suppression system.

The direct type fire detecting tube fire suppression system consists of a cylinder, a fire detecting tube (up to 25 m long), a container valve, and one of two agent types — CO2 or FM200.

The indirect type fire detecting tube fire suppression system has the same components as the direct type, with the addition of a release tube. In this system, the fire detecting tube serves only a detection function, so a release tube is required. In the direct type, however, the fire detecting tube performs both detection and release functions.

1. Convenient installation and transportation. This system combines fire fighting and alarm functions together and requires no electrical elements or pipe fittings. After fixing the cylinder in place, the only remaining task is routing the detecting tube around potential fire sources.
2. Non-electric start mode. The system does not require power to activate. It operates using its own storage pressure rather than relying on external force. When the detecting tube is ruptured by fire, the agent is discharged automatically.
3. Minimal space occupation. This system is suitable for protecting specific equipment, such as telecommunication systems, rather than an entire protected zone. The cylinder mounts on the outer cabinet and occupies very little space.
