The Direct Type Fire Detecting Tube FM200 Fire Suppression Device is a self-contained, automatic fire suppression solution designed for targeted protection of electrical equipment and enclosed systems. Operating at a maximum working pressure of 4.2 MPa, this device integrates fire detection and extinguishing functions without the need for external power, pipe fittings, or electrical components.
The FM200 agent is stored in a high-pressure cylinder and released directly through the fire detecting tube upon detection of a fire. This makes the system particularly suitable for protecting communication networks, control cabinets, and other compact, high-value assets where space is limited and rapid, clean suppression is essential.
A CO2 fire extinguisher extinguishes fires by discharging carbon dioxide gas, which displaces oxygen and suffocates the flames. Because CO2 leaves no residue and does not damage equipment, it is frequently used in locations housing electrical equipment or volatile substances.
When activated, CO2 gas from a high-pressure cylinder is expelled through a nozzle. It is important to note that CO2 extinguishers are not recommended for Class A fires (involving ordinary combustible materials such as wood, paper, or cloth), as they lack the cooling effect needed to prevent re-ignition. They perform best on Class B and Class C fires, which involve flammable liquids and electrical equipment.

This extinguishing device requires no pipe fittings or electrical components to form a complete system, functioning as a fully self-contained fire suppression solution.
The direct type fire detecting tube system consists of a cylinder, a fire detecting tube (up to 25 meters in length), a container valve, and one of two agent types—CO2 or FM200.
The indirect type system shares the same components as the direct type but adds a release tube. Unlike the direct type, where the fire detecting tube serves both detection and release functions, the indirect type uses the detecting tube solely for detection, requiring the additional release tube for agent discharge.
All products are packed with polyfoam first and then placed into a wooden case. For specific customer requirements or additional safety compliance, goods can also be palletized.
