Environment-Friendly FM200 Hanging System Without Pollution FM200 Fire

The Environment-Friendly FM200 Fire Suppression System is a preset, independent fire extinguishing solution designed specifically for libraries and similar protected spaces. This hanging-type FM-200 fire extinguisher is easily wall or ceiling mounted within the protected area to directly suppress fire without the need for pipe network distribution.

The electromagnetic actuated hanging extinguisher offers two activation methods. When the control panel receives a signal from a smoke or heat detector of the fire alarm system, it automatically sends a signal to the electromagnetic extinguisher, which opens the container valve to discharge the fire extinguishing agent. The system can also be activated via a manual control button.

This system is suitable for a wide range of sensitive and high-value environments, including:

• Clean rooms and anechoic chambers

Both automatic FM200 fire extinguisher ceiling-mounted system variants share the following key advantages:

1. Substantial consideration of small protection areas. Some areas, such as server rooms or electrical rooms, are very small and require only a limited amount of fire extinguishing agent. The hanging-type system is perfectly suited to these spaces.
2. Minimal space occupation. Because the protection zone is small, there may be limited space for other machines, devices, or objects. The ceiling-mounted style is designed with a small but efficient fire suppression function and provides overall coverage to the entire room.
3. Convenient installation and transportation. Due to its relatively light weight and compact size, even one person can hold and fix the unit to the ceiling or wall. Note that the temperature-controlled model cannot, in principle or practice, be installed with more than one piece per area.

Each unit consists of the following components:

• One spherical pressure tank
• Fire extinguishing agent (HFC-227ea, same as FM200)
• Hanging mounting bracket
• Thermal sensor (a small glass tube filled with liquid whose volume changes with temperature)
• Pressure switch
• Stainless steel pipe and nozzle

All units are first packed with polyfoam and then placed into a wooden case. For certain customer or safety requirements, we can also prepare the goods on a pallet.
