The pipe network type FM200 fire suppression system consists of three parts: the pipe network part, the fire fighting equipment part, and the electrical elements part. The electrical elements form a set of detecting devices and always play a subsidiary role in each system. The electrical elements include several control panels, manual buttons, discharge indicator lights, alarm bells, sounder with light units, smoke detectors, and heat detectors. The following explains the fire fighting equipment and electrical elements parts for customers.
The main part of the system is the fire fighting equipment. It is formed by several components: FM200 cylinders, a cylinder frame, nitrogen-pressure driving devices, a driving device frame, container valves, flexible hoses, liquid flow check valves, gas control pipes, gas flow check valves, manifolds, safety valves, selective valves, flanges, elbows, and nozzles.
Each system is packed with polyfoam first and then placed into a wooden case. When required to meet customer or safety requirements, goods can also be secured on a pallet.
