The equipment primarily utilizes a filling pump to complete the agent filling process. It employs a negative-pressure vacuum pumping system to evacuate the pipeline and tank, and uses high-pressure nitrogen to control valve filling and release. During the filling process, the weighing device outputs a signal to the set weight value and automatically stops the filling.
Function and Application
Preparation: Connections
Connect the FM200 tank to the filling machine.
Connect the FM200 empty cylinder to the filling machine.
Connect the nitrogen cylinder to the filling machine.
Connect the nitrogen cylinder to the adapter on the FM200 empty cylinder.
Step 1: Vacuum Suction
Switch on the nitrogen cylinder slightly to open the valve of the FM200 empty cylinder. Control the switch to release nitrogen; approximately 10 bar pressure is sufficient to open the valve.
Power on the filling machine.
Switch on the controller to the cylinder valve (F5).
Switch on the controller to the vacuum pump (F6).
Once the right gauge indicates the pressure inside the cylinder is close to zero or slightly below zero, close F6.
Step 2: FM200 Filling
Keep F5 open.
Open the valve of the FM200 tank using a spanner and switch on the controller to the storage valve (F3). If you will continue filling other cylinders, you may keep the FM200 tank valve open; however, closing it is safer.
Observe the weight of the FM200 empty cylinder increasing on the digital scale.
Close the FM200 tank valve and shut off F3 once the weight reaches the desired figure.
Step 3: Pressurizing
Keep F5 open.
Open the cylinder valve of the nitrogen cylinder and switch on the controller to the nitrogen valve (F4).
When the pressure reaches the desired figure, an alarm will sound.
Switch off the cylinder valve and F4.
Use nitrogen to switch off the valve of the filled FM200 cylinder as described in Step 1.
Step 4: Pressure Release
After filling is complete, do not disconnect all devices immediately.
Open controller F2 to release all gas inside the filling machine.
Then disconnect all devices safely. A small amount of gas may remain inside the hose between the nitrogen cylinder and the filling machine; this poses no harm to people. To release it, disconnect the hose connecting to the filled FM200 cylinder, open F4 while keeping the nitrogen cylinder valve closed, and all gas will be released. This is the safest method before disconnecting all other devices.
Packaging
All products are first packed with polyfoam and then placed into a wooden case. In some cases, to meet customer or safety requirements, we will also build a pallet for the goods.
