The system integrates both the storage container and discharge system in a single compact unit, providing fast, automatic fire detection and suppression directly at the fire source. The tube system is pressurized and filled with a clean extinguishing agent (Novec 1230 or FM200). The tube acts as a fire sensor and discharge line at the same time, with stainless steel fittings and a pressure gauge at either end for easy monitoring.

Optional accessories include a temperature sensor, fire alarm module, pressure switch, and GPS tracking system for remote fire notification.

Instead, the fire suppression agent is stored in a flexible tube made of an innovative temperature-sensitive material, and released when the tube melts in the presence of flames at 120°C. The highly advanced fire suppression agent, HFC-236fa (FE-36), is used in areas with sensitive electronics such as computer servers, clean rooms, and car engine bays. Being non-toxic and eco-friendly, it is also safe to use around humans and pets. With these powerful benefits, the PRI-SAFETY Self-Activating Fire Suppression System has become the preferred fire extinguisher in cars, guarding against unexpected vehicle fires caused by fuel leaks, electrical faults, or engine overheating.

The safety tube automatic fire extinguishing system uses a special polyamide tube with an outer diameter of 18 mm. Depending on the required length, it uses compressed gas extinguishing agents such as FM200 (HFC-227ea) or FE-36 (HFC-236fa), also known as heptafluoropropane or hexafluoropropane. When the temperature reaches 100°C/120°C, the softened tube bursts through a round hole, releasing the extinguishing agent and extinguishing the fire in a very short time.
