Overview:
J-SAP-JBF4121A-Ex This intrinsically safe manual fire alarm button (intelligent type) is installed in public places. When an individual confirms the occurrence of a fire, they can press the button on the alarm button to send a fire alarm signal to the controller. After the controller receives the alarm signal, it will display the number or location of the alarm button and issue an alarm sound.
J-SAP-JBF4121A-Ex This intrinsically safe manual fire alarm button (intelligent type) complies with the standards of "Part: General Requirements for Electrical Equipment for Safe Environments" in GB3836.1-2010 and "Part 4: Intrinsically Safe 'i' for Electrical Equipment in Combustible Gas Environments" in GB3836.4-2010. The explosion-proof mark is Exib Ⅱ CT4, and it has passed the quality inspection and certification for explosion-proof electrical products.
Performance Features:
1) Built-in microprocessor, using SMT surface mount technology.
2) The operation is simple. Just press the operation panel with your hand, and the fire alarm will be reported to the controller.
3) After the alarm goes off, the device needs to be reset using the corresponding key.
4) It can output a group of passive contact signals, with a contact capacity of DC 30V/0.1A, which is used to control the on-site fire sound and light alarm device (non-addressable type).
5) Adopt new clasps, integrated structure, and slim design.
6) The explosion-proof type is intrinsically safe. It is suitable for hazardous areas (Zone 1 and Zone 2) in industrial and civil buildings where there are flammable and explosive gases.
7) When in use, a grille should be installed. The number of explosion-proof manual alarm buttons attached to each grille shall not exceed 10. The number of grilles used for each alarm circuit shall not exceed 6.
8) Two-wire system, the signal line has no polarity, low power consumption, communication distance of 1500 meters. The connected gate is also a two-wire system, but the signal line has polarity.

Working principle:
The manual fire alarm button consists of a start switch and corresponding processing circuits. When there is a fire alarm, manually press the button.
The button switch closes, and the alarm signal is transmitted to the controller through the loop bus. At the same time, the fire alarm indicator light of the manual fire alarm button changes from flashing in the inspection state to being constantly on to indicate the alarm status.
