Our company's pipeless gas fire extinguishing systems (also known as prefabricated fire extinguishing systems) are an application of gas fire extinguishing technology. These systems are pre-designed and assembled to meet specific application requirements, combining fire extinguishing agent storage devices and discharge components. These systems also feature interlocking control systems. They offer fast spray times and extinguish fires quickly, and can be used in conjunction with electrical equipment such as fire detectors, manual activation buttons, fire alarm display panels, and fire alarm controllers.
Pipeless gas fire extinguishing systems can be categorized as either suspended or cabinet-type. They can be configured to meet diverse customer needs, depending on the unit's volume, extinguishing agent type, and activation method. They are suitable for small protected areas such as power distribution rooms, transformer rooms, instrument and equipment rooms, small oil depots, computer rooms, software libraries, communications rooms, and archives and cultural relic rooms.
| Cabinet-Type Gas Fire Extinguishing System: HFC-227ea is a highly effective, stain-free, non-corrosive, and highly insulating gas fire extinguishing agent. Cabinet-type fire extinguishing systems do not require a dedicated gas cylinder room and are simple to design, install, use, and maintain. They are suitable for locations where pipe networks are inappropriate and for individual protected areas. Flexible installation is possible, making them widely used in computer rooms, data storage facilities, power distribution rooms, libraries, archives, and other high-value equipment rooms. This cabinet-type fire extinguishing system integrates a fire extinguishing agent storage container assembly, high-pressure hose, nozzle, and electromagnetic drive device, and connects to an automatic fire alarm controller to automatically detect and extinguish fires. Because the fire extinguishing agent cylinders are housed within the cabinet, individual cylinder groups of varying volumes can be selected for small protected areas of varying sizes, reducing floor space. The multi-hole nozzle ensures that the fire extinguishing agent fills the entire protected area quickly and evenly. Like suspended fire extinguishing systems, this system offers the advantages of simple installation and low engineering investment. | |
