Working Principle
The system uses total flooding fire suppression. The working principle is as follows:
Step 1: Fire Detection
Smoke detectors and fixed-temperature heat detectors continuously monitor the protected area
When a single detector sends a fire signal, the control panel activates audible/visual alarms without starting the extinguishing system
Step 2: Double Confirmation
When both detectors simultaneously send fire signals, the system enters a delay state
Indoor and outdoor alarms are activated, and linked equipment (dampers, HVAC) is closed
Step 3: Personnel Evacuation (Delay Phase)
Delay time is adjustable from 0 to 30 seconds
Personnel can safely evacuate during this period
"Emergency Stop" button can cancel activation during the delay
Step 4: Agent Discharge
After the delay, the control panel outputs DC24V to activate the solenoid valve
The solenoid valve releases high-pressure nitrogen from the drive cylinder
Nitrogen opens the container valves on the agent cylinders via the start-up pipeline
Agent flows through flexible hoses, manifold, and pipe network to the nozzles
Step 5: Total Flooding Fire Suppression
Agent fills the entire protected area within 10 seconds
Extinguishing concentration (8%~10%) is rapidly established

With control selector in the "Automatic" position:

Personnel confirm fire, then press "Emergency Start" to activate
