FM200 (HFC-227ea) is a colourless, odourless, non-corrosive, and non-conductive clean agent that leaves no residue or pollution after discharge. It has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), making it an environmentally friendly fire extinguishing solution. These unique properties make it particularly suitable for protecting high-risk areas where electrical fires are likely to occur.
When combined with the extinguishing device and electrical accessories, the complete system enables fully automatic operation. Detectors continuously monitor the protected area, and upon detecting a fire, the system automatically activates the extinguishing device through the solenoid actuator. This fully automated process eliminates the need for on-site personnel to notice and respond to a fire, while also reducing labour costs associated with manual supervision of the protected area.

FM200 is a clean agent suitable for all fire classes except metal fires (Class D). It leaves no residue or pollution after discharge, ensuring no secondary damage to protected assets.
The FM200 fire suppression system is specifically designed to protect critical assets and sensitive equipment. It causes no damage to your valuable property and offers a cost-effective and reliable fire suppression solution.
The system provides highly efficient protection by discharging the full agent charge in less than 10 seconds. This rapid discharge creates a total flooding condition within the protected zone, ensuring fast and effective fire suppression.
The system incorporates a time-delay feature (approximately 2 minutes) between fire detection and agent discharge. This provides sufficient time for personnel to evacuate the hazardous area safely before the system activates.
A single FM200 system can protect multiple zones through the use of selector valves. This is a cost-effective solution for large facilities with multiple protected areas, as it eliminates the need for separate systems for each zone.
