1. Multi-Layer Conical Structure – Uniform Airflow Distribution
The round ceiling diffuser features a multi-layer conical design delivering horizontal (attached) airflow. Since the induced airflow exceeds the exhaust volume, the discharged air decelerates rapidly, enabling uniform airflow distribution across any given area with variable diffusion radius as needed.
2. Aluminum Construction – Aesthetic and Durable
Manufactured using high-quality aluminum sheet spin forming technology for high structural strength and attractive appearance. Available with electrostatic coating, anodizing, or other finishes in custom colors — integrates seamlessly with various ceiling designs. Aluminum diffusers offer excellent appearance and superior diffusion characteristics.
3. Removable Core – Easy Maintenance and Adjustment
The diffuser core assembly is separable from the outer frame for easy installation, cleaning, and airflow adjustment. Inner blades can be adjusted in two positions for different seasonal conditions — horizontal airflow for summer, vertical for winter.
4. Damper Compatible – Precise Airflow Control
The diffuser neck can be fitted with a round volume control damper (OBD opposed blade damper) for convenient front-side airflow adjustment. Dampers can be configured at the diffuser rear as needed.
5. Two Airflow Patterns Available
The round diffuser can be adjusted for two airflow patterns based on room function requirements: attached airflow and vertical airflow. Install by inserting into duct and securing through mounting holes in the diffuser ring.
