The Refillable FM200 Agent Cylinder is a durable agent storage vessel specifically designed for automatic fire suppression systems, used for storing HFC-227ea (FM200) clean agent. Manufactured from high-strength steel, the cylinder is equipped with a container valve, siphon tube, pressure gauge, and safety relief device, supporting multiple refill cycles. After system discharge, a qualified service provider can refill the agent and nitrogen to restore the system to service without replacing the cylinder body – economical and efficient.
Refillable – Economical and Efficient
The cylinder is a refillable container. The container valve features a special sealing structure that requires no parts replacement during normal agent refilling, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime. After system discharge, simply refill with agent and nitrogen to restore service. Long-term operating costs are significantly lower than disposable containers.
Durable Steel Construction – Safe and Reliable
The cylinder features a high-strength seamless or welded steel body compliant with GB5099/GB5100 standards. Each cylinder undergoes rigorous hydraulic strength testing and airtightness testing. The container valve is equipped with a safety relief device that automatically releases pressure when internal pressure exceeds the safety threshold, ensuring comprehensive system safety.
Precision Sealing – Easy Maintenance
The container valve features a special sealing structure with excellent sealing performance, ensuring long-term storage without leakage. The siphon tube design ensures complete agent discharge from the bottom of the cylinder, avoiding residual waste. The pressure gauge provides real-time pressure status for routine inspection and monitoring.
Dual Pressure Ratings – Flexible Adaptation
Available in 4.2MPa and 5.6MPa working pressure ratings. The 4.2MPa system has a filling density of ≤950kg/m³, while the 5.6MPa system has a filling density of ≤1080kg/m³. Capacities range from 40L to 180L, allowing flexible selection based on protected area size and system design requirements.
Clean Agent Compatibility – Environmentally Safe
Specifically designed for HFC-227ea agent with fully compatible materials, no chemical reaction or corrosion. FM200 is colourless, odourless, low-toxicity, non-conductive, and leaves no residue. Zero ODP. No secondary damage to precision equipment after discharge.
