This machine is primarily used in the intermediate stage of cylinder sponge production, specifically designed for processing polyurethane foam produced by vertical circular foaming machines. The density of these foams ranges widely from 8 to 50 kilograms per cubic meter. In addition to manufacturing new rebond cylinder sponges, the equipment also features the capability to recycle various materials such as waste PU materials, rubber tracks, PE, EVA, and EPE. Through the pressurization and adhesive curing process of the cylindrical recycling foaming machine, these waste materials can be transformed into high-quality circular recycled foam.
Before feeding these cylinder foams into the cylinder foam peeling machine for rotary slicing, a critical step involves drilling a hole in the center of the circular foam. This hole serves to facilitate threading the foam onto the circular iron shaft of the cutting machine, enabling rotational cutting to ultimately produce infinitely long thin sheet rolls. To accomplish this hole-drilling process, a specialized drilling machine is provided. Although this drilling machine is an economical model, its simple yet practical structural design ensures the efficient completion of the aforementioned process. This drilling machine is an indispensable tool for the entire production workflow, providing robust support for the production of high-quality cylinder sponges.
