An Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is a flat panel consisting of two thin aluminum sheets (the "cladding") bonded
to a non-aluminum core, most commonly polyethylene (PE) or a fire-retardant mineral core. The total thickness
(3mm or 4mm) includes the two aluminum skins and the core.
· 3mm ACP: Typically has two 0.5mm aluminum skins and a 2mm core.
· 4mm ACP: Typically has two 0.5mm aluminum skins and a 3mm core.
Aluminum Composite Panel 3/4 mm Physical properties:
· Lighter Weight: Easier to handle and install, putting less stress on the supporting substructure.
· Cost-Effective: Generally the most economical option per square meter.
