Focusun FP-01D is a basic model of semi-automatic ice packaging machine for commercial use. It has a simple and neat structure, high quality SUS304 covered contact area, and light weight design that allow you to mobile it anywhere you want to pack ice.Single alternator powered, auger type ice delivery, all these designing aspects are focusing on materializing a simple, reliable and low cost ice packing solution.

When the ice making is finished, the tube ice or cube ice or other kinds of ice can drop directly into the loading and then the ice will be delivered to the top through the screw conveyer and then you can monitor the weighing section to pack the ice into required weight for each package. After that, the ice will be down into the packaging section and you put the bag under the packaging section. The weighted ice will come out through the outlet and into the bag.

The FP-01D series ice packing machine applies the latest and advanced screw uplifting and automatic weighing technology. The advantages of FOCUSUN FP-01D weighing packaging machine are as follows:
The material of the screw and the outer cover is pure SUS304A, solid and highly durable, completely conforming to the food standards..
The steel structure is also made of high quality SUS304A and the the operating belt is made of high-performance hybrid nylon.
The Siemens magnet generator is applied.
The standard length of the auger is 1.7m. (customizing available)
The controlling system utilizes a full set of Schneider electrical components.
The weighing device can be set at 1/2/3/4/5 kgs per bag as per your demand.
The design of both manual control by pedal and automatic control makes it much easier for weighing.
Automatic overload device is equipped so that the machine will come to a halt in case of excess electricity.
