This winding machine is provided with one servo motor to drive the wire guide, making the wire guide move precisely as the preset paramters. This winding amchine is especially suitable for winding different specifications of coil. These coils can be used in transformers, reactors and other similar products. The transformer winding machine is composed of main winding motor, automatic wire laying unit, layer insulation unit, tension adjustable decoiler, pneumatic system, PLC based control system, and servo motors, etc.
