The LK-T80 Aluminum Foil Container Machine features a high-efficiency, closed-loop pressure lubrication system as a core design element. This system fundamentally improves upon the high consumption and contamination issues common in traditional lubrication methods.
Conventional splash or open lubrication systems lose oil rapidly due to splashing, evaporation, and heat during high-speed operation. The oil is also easily contaminated by metal particles and dust, degrading its quality and necessitating frequent top-ups and changes. The LK-T80's closed circuit seals the lubricant within a dedicated loop consisting of a reservoir, pump, filter, pipelines, and lubrication points. The pump drives the oil to circulate internally, delivering precise, forced lubrication and cooling to critical bearings, gears, and sliding surfaces. The oil then returns to the reservoir, is filtered, and is reused.
This design delivers multiple direct benefits. First, it significantly saves lubricant. By eliminating splashing and external contamination, oil consumption is drastically reduced. Field data indicates annual lubricant top-up requirements can be approximately 70% lower compared to traditional open systems under similar operating conditions.
