Product Overview
The LK-T63 is a 63-ton aluminum foil container making machine backed by 1-year warranty and lifetime technical support. During warranty, non-wear parts are replaced free of charge for manufacturing defects. After warranty, parts are provided at our cost with no markup. One operator can run the machine 24 hours with average speed of 50 strokes per minute, producing 9,000-12,000 pieces per hour on three-cavity molds.
Features include a solid bed plate (not hollow) that handles 0.025-0.2mm foil without wrinkling. Die change takes only 15 minutes with hydraulic lifting arm. The touchscreen stores 60 mold parameters, and faults trigger auto-stop with display notification. Safety door stops the machine automatically. Electronics include Mitsubishi, Innomotics, and Schneider components. Pneumatics feature SMC and Airtac. Standard parts ensure your local electrician can perform repairs. The frame is built to last over 30 years.
