For a 450 container (3.5g per cavity, 4 cavities, 14.5% scrap), each piece needs 4.09g of foil. One ton makes about 244,499 pieces.
Can I make different sizes on the same machine?
Yes. Change the mold (15 minutes), recall saved parameters on the touchscreen. The machine stores 60 mold settings.
Do I need coated or uncoated foil?
Both work. Uncoated saves cost. For first-time buyers, we recommend coated foil - it runs smoother while you learn.
How do I know which mold to start with?

What's the reject rate?
About 1/1000 in normal production, depending on material quality and die condition.
