The complete system includes a 950/1450 feeder, T63 press main unit, mold lifting arm, safety guard door, scrap suction unit, control cabinet, and 3-cavity stacker. Operating at an average speed of 50 strokes per minute, the machine produces 9,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour, making it ideal for medium-scale manufacturing of small to medium aluminum foil containers.
Intelligent control is provided through a Mitsubishi PLC and touchscreen interface supporting multiple languages including Chinese, English, and French.
