63-ton Entry Level Automatic Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine
Product Overview
The LK-T63 is a 63-ton entry-level automatic aluminum foil container making machine offered at factory-direct pricing. We operate a 2,500m² manufacturing facility where all production takes place. Factory inspections are welcome with no trading company markup.
One operator manages 24-hour continuous operation at an average of 50 strokes per minute, yielding 9,000-12,000 pieces per hour on three-cavity molds. The press features a solid working plate (unlike hollow alternatives) and accommodates foil thickness from 0.025mm to 0.2mm without wrinkling.
Die change requires 15 minutes and one person using the hydraulic lifting arm. The touchscreen stores 60 mold parameters, displays fault diagnostics upon auto-stop, and the safety door halts operation when opened.
Schedule a factory visit to our 2,500m² facility. Video tours and third-party inspections are also accepted.
What is the cost difference versus buying from a trading company?

Is this machine suitable for first-time buyers?
Yes. The 63-ton configuration is our smallest commercial model and has been the starting point for many existing customers.
What is included in the base price?
Complete production line: feeder, press, mold lifting arm, safety door, scrap suction, control cabinet, and three-cavity stacker. Raw material and molds are purchased separately.
Are molds included or sold separately?
Sold separately. Existing compatible molds may be used, or we can manufacture custom molds based on your samples.
What warranty and post-warranty support is provided?
1-year warranty covers non-wear manufacturing defects. Post-warranty parts supplied at our cost. Lifetime technical support via phone and video.
What installation support is available?
Installation video, training at our factory, or on-site engineer dispatch (buyer covers travel expenses).
