The LK-T63 is a stable and practical aluminum foil container making machine, specially designed for producing both wrinkle wall containers and smooth wall containers. The whole line runs fully automatically and only needs one operator. It supports 24-hour continuous working, with a speed of 35–68 strokes per minute and an hourly output of 9,000–12,000 pieces. The defect rate is controlled at only 1/1000, which helps reduce material waste and lower production cost.
The machine uses a hydraulic quick mold change system, allowing one worker to finish mold replacement in about 15 minutes. This is very convenient for factories that need to switch between wrinkle wall and smooth wall molds frequently. The lubrication system uses lithium based ester oil to ensure smooth running and low abrasion. Safety is guaranteed by the safety door, which triggers an immediate automatic stop when opened.
