Product Description:
The LK-T63 machine is a professional automatic production equipment specially used for manufacturing takeaway food packaging containers and aluminum foil baking trays. It adopts a heavy-duty C-frame structure and is equipped with 3 cavities as standard, focusing on stable and high-efficiency production of small and medium-size aluminum foil products.
This machine has strong versatility and can produce various takeaway boxes, bowls, trays and baking trays by changing different molds. It is widely used in food takeaway, catering, baking and food processing industries. With good compatibility for both thin and thick aluminum foil materials from 0.025 mm to 0.2 mm, it ensures stable forming and high-quality finished products.
The whole line runs fully automatically, including decoiler, press, mould lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet and 3-ways stacker. Only one operator is needed, which effectively reduces labor cost. It supports 24-hour continuous working, with an output of 9,000–12,000 pieces per hour and a defect rate as low as 1/1000, helping users improve efficiency and reduce material waste.
The hydraulic quick mold change system allows one worker to finish mold replacement in about 15 minutes, making it very convenient for factories producing both takeaway packaging and baking trays. The lithium based ester oil lubrication system ensures smooth running and low abrasion. The safety door design provides reliable protection for operators.
