The LK-T63 is a professional, customizable aluminum foil container making machine specifically engineered for manufacturing disposable catering trays with personalized designs. Compatible with aluminum foil thickness ranging from 0.025 mm to 0.2 mm, the LK-T63 performs exceptionally well with both thin and thick materials. The fully automated production line includes a decoiler, press, mold lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet, and 3-way stacker. Requiring only one operator, the system can run continuously for 24 hours with an output capacity of 9,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour. The remarkably low defect rate of just 1/1000 effectively minimizes material waste.
The hydraulic quick mold change system enables a single worker to complete mold replacement in approximately 15 minutes, facilitating rapid switching between different customized catering tray molds. The lubrication system utilizes lithium-based ester oil for stable operation and reduced abrasion. The integrated safety door automatically stops machine operation when opened, ensuring optimal operator safety.
