Product Description:
The LK-T63 aluminum foil container making machine is designed for efficient, convenient and stable production, highlighting touch screen fault display and 60 sets mold parameter storage to greatly reduce downtime and simplify operation.This machine is specially developed for 3‑cavity molds, ideal for producing small and medium‑size aluminum foil containers. It comes as a complete automatic line including decoiler, press, mold lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet and 3‑ways stacker.
The control system uses a high‑performance Mitsubishi PLC and a clear touch screen. It supports multiple languages and provides intuitive operation. One key highlight is the touch screen fault display: when the machine alarms or stops, the fault content and location are shown directly on the screen, helping maintenance staff quickly locate problems without professional diagnosis.
Another important function is 60 sets of mold parameter storage. Users can save parameters for different molds in advance. When changing molds, they only need to call up the corresponding group, avoiding repeated adjustment and greatly improving mold change efficiency. Combined with the hydraulic mold lifting system, one worker can finish the whole mold change in about 15 minutes.
